Data & Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Voclip account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Voclip app:

Open the Voclip app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed right away.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and login credentials
Your profile information (name, email, avatar, and social usernames)
Your voice recordings and the videos generated from them
Your subscription and purchase records held by Voclip

Some records may be retained for a limited period only where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, after which they are deleted. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play; any billing records they hold are governed by their own policies.

If you can't sign in

If you are unable to sign in to reach the in-app option, you can still request deletion through our contact form — no account or sign-in required:

Open the contact form and enter the email address associated with your Voclip account.
Tell us you want your account deleted. Using your account's own email address lets us verify ownership; we may ask one follow-up question to confirm it.
We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of verifying your request and confirm by reply.
