Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms govern paid Voclip plans. They are part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a subscription you agree to them.
1. Plans
Voclip offers a free tier and paid plans — Pro, Premium, and Teams — each available on weekly, monthly, or annual billing. Paid plans unlock benefits such as longer recordings, higher video quality, more templates, additional aspect ratios, and removal of the watermark. The current plans, prices, and benefits are shown in the app and on our website at the time of purchase, and prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Local taxes and currency conversion may be applied by the app store.
2. How you buy — Apple and Google only
All paid plans are sold as in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Your purchase is also subject to the app store's own terms. We verify purchases server-side but do not store your payment-card details — the app stores handle payment.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length, and your app-store account is charged the then-current price for that plan and period. This renewal disclosure is also shown at checkout.
4. Free trials and introductory offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is made available for a plan (offers are configured through the app stores), any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the standard price for that plan and period.
5. Managing and canceling
You manage and cancel subscriptions through your app-store account:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling in the app store is the only way to stop auto-renewal — uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Refunds
Because purchases are processed by the app stores, refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies, not directly by Voclip:
- iOS: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: request a refund through Google Play.
We are generally unable to issue refunds for app-store purchases ourselves. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@voclip.app and we will try to help, but the final refund decision rests with the app store. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not affected by this section.
7. Price and plan changes
We may change plan prices or benefits going forward. Where required, we will give notice and obtain any consent the app stores or law require before a changed price applies to your renewals. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
8. Plan limits and downgrades
Each plan has limits (such as recording length, video quality, templates, and watermarking). If your subscription ends or you downgrade, your account reverts to the free tier and the corresponding limits apply going forward; previously generated videos you already downloaded or shared are unaffected.
9. Admin-granted access
We may occasionally grant plan access without charge (for example, for support resolution). Such grants are discretionary, may be time-limited, and may be revoked; they are not a sale and create no refund entitlement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Billing Terms; the effective date and version above will change when we do, and material changes may require re-acceptance.
