Disclaimer
Effective date: 2026-05-28 Version: 1
This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service.
1. "As is" service
Voclip and all of its features and output — including recordings you make and videos generated from them — are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Automated processing
Videos are produced by automated, template-based rendering of your own recording. We do not use artificial intelligence and do not transcribe or interpret the meaning of your audio. We do not warrant that generated output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or exactly as expected, or that it will meet any particular standard or be fit for any specific use you have in mind.
3. Your content and its use
You are responsible for your recordings, the videos you create, and how and where you share or publish them. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user content, and we are not responsible for outcomes arising from your use or distribution of it.
4. Third-party platforms and services
The Service relies on, and can connect to, third parties (such as the app stores, cloud providers, and the social platforms you choose to publish to). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties, and their behavior may affect the Service.
5. No professional advice
Nothing in the Service or our communications is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available.
7. Limitations
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fullest extent the law permits, as described in the Terms of Service.
