End User License Agreement (Mobile Apps)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Voclip mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "App"). It supplements our Terms of Service; if there is a conflict about the App's software license specifically, this EULA controls. The App is licensed, not sold, to you by [legal_entity_name — not set] ("Voclip").
1. License grant
Voclip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, lawful use of the Service and in accordance with the app store's usage rules.
2. Restrictions
You may not: copy (except as the app store permits), modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent the law expressly permits; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App; remove proprietary notices; or use the App to build a competing product. You must also follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Device permissions
The App requests device permissions it needs to function — for example, microphone access to record audio, photo/media access to choose an avatar or save videos, and notifications if you enable them. You can manage these in your device settings; denying a permission may disable related features.
4. Purchases
Any subscriptions or purchases made in the App are governed by the Subscription & Billing Terms and are processed by the app store.
5. Updates
Voclip may provide updates, which may add, change, or remove features. The app store may deliver updates automatically; continued use of an updated App is governed by this EULA.
6. App Store terms (Apple-specific acknowledgements)
For Apps obtained from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- this EULA is between you and Voclip only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
- to the extent permitted by law, any product warranty is Voclip's responsibility, and any failure to conform to a warranty may be referred to Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any);
- Voclip, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and intellectual-property claims;
- you comply with applicable third-party and export-control terms; and
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
For Apps obtained from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the developer-distribution rules that apply.
7. Termination
This EULA applies until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and you may end it by deleting the App and your account. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections that should survive (restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is." Disclaimers and the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service and Disclaimer apply to the App.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the law stated in the Terms of Service, subject to any mandatory local rights.
